Groundswell x Urban Decay Mural - 2024

Urban Decay partnered with Groundswell and engaged Groundswell’s students and community members in collaborative mural making, to bring artist Jade Purple Brown’s vibrant design to life during a Community Paint Day at Groundswell’s Brooklyn studio. 

Miki Mu, Groundswell’s teaching artist, led the mural preparation and painting alongside youth from local schools, creating a life sized mural that celebrates creativity and community. The finished mural was installed at Food Bazaar in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
